Why haven't I received my tickets?

To minimise fraud for Summer Frequencies 2023 there will be a print delay on all tickets. The print delay will be lifted three weeks prior to the festival in December 2022 . You will receive your PDF tickets via the registered email after this date.

What happens if my payment plan fails?

If an automatic payment fails to process (e.g. because card has been cancelled or insufficient funds), the customer will be sent an email with a link to a page where they can enter their billing information and new details and make up for the failed payment. Their reference information will be updated for future scheduled payments. Your ticket will not be void if you miss a payment, it will carry over to the next payment.

Can I update card details for payment plan?

Unfortunately you cannot just log in and change your card details. You will have to wait for the payment to fail (but don't worry).

If an automatic payment fails to process, the customer will be sent an email with a link to a page where they can enter their billing information anew and make up for the failed payment. Their reference information will be updated. Even if they don't visit the page, automatic payments will continue to occur. These will "stack." Any invoiced amounts are counted as "paid so far." So if a customer was supposed to have four automated payments of $10 each, but the first two fail, the customer will now have a single invoice for $20. If the third payment also fails, it will become a single invoice for $30.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

If we cancel your ticket and payments you will forfeit any payments made towards your ticket so far and this is non-refundable. Your ticket will then be cancelled and void from the system.
